This is one of my favorite film by Hayao Miyazaki. The world described in this film is somewhat similar to the real world, and it seems some part of it is getting realized. The movement of the character, their "game", break any momentum that might have been "make believe" to find this character from our childhood. The story has a few surprises, fortunately, still a little hung up because without that it was a real disappointment. A great classic : the adventures of Kiki the little witch, and Jiji (the cat) in the modern civilization, where witches are no longer necessarily respected on the street... there is a friendly baker who hires her as livreuse, the young Tombo, her boyfriend, who is a bit of a mad scientist, or the artist friend Ursula, and, of course, the cat Jiji. There is also a book, but the film remains unrivalled. Very well successful, the first realization. Actors excellent, lets watch and leads us in a wind of madness. Blu-ray well-received this day. Out of the box, there's a small box made up of 4 blu-ray. Start the first blu-ray disc, and surprise, the quality of the menu is in HD. Launch of the first episode, and during the credits, the quality is not at the rendezvous. However, the images that follow are beautiful. They are in 4: 3, but they are beautiful and well reworked. On my screen is 50 inches, it is a pleasure to watch this first episode. Honestly, I was expecting the SD type "string Manga" or "Cartoon", but it is not. The images are beautiful...
