The pens arrived quickly but several of the mine split and are therefore unusable. Unacceptable for a new product. I do not recommend the pencils are not good qualities they easily break, and crumble easily. my baby often has songs that start and remain stuck to your fingers. Excellent high quality ink. I recommend for pens filling by piston and to fill the cartridges with the syringe. I recommend +++Pen poorly loaded with ink, some don't write not even. Very poor quality caps that can be removed. Color rendering sad. A zero-pointed. The pencils are a quality school and depannent well. For the pros, it is better to buy neocolors, which work much better. The colors are vary and really pretty (except for the skin color which and a can darker) spikes are quite oily and therefore not in need of forced as a for-dinged for this brand. I still have trouble using them with a brush and water and so I use them as pencils normal.
